Our Exchange Policy

We may offer a size exchange for any item you are not completely happy with, provided the item is returned to us in an unused, unworn, and saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. Please ensure that you DO NOT TAPE OVER THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX, as this will result in the parcel being refused and returned to you. We understand that exchanges can be a concern, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Processing Your Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@thefabricvault.uk with your return request. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving the goods. To help us process your exchange efficiently and avoid any delays, please ensure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending your item back to us.

Postage for Returns

We will cover the return postage costs up to £6.50 (for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service) only if the fault lies with us (e.g., incorrect item sent, manufacturing defect). For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
